Privacy Policy

Updated 2 November 2026. This notice covers the Blazer agency website and its redesign preview. The separate Shop and Bundle sites have their own notices.

Who is responsible

Blazer Agency is operated by Kakarieku, UAB, Lithuania. Contact us about personal data at hello@blazeragency.com or Naugarduko g. 3-401, LT-03231 Vilnius, Lithuania.

What we use and why

  • Website delivery and security. Our hosting providers receive technical information needed to deliver pages, images and video, such as an IP address and browser request. We use this to operate and protect the website, based on our legitimate interests.
  • Inquiries. If you email, call or book a meeting, we receive the details you choose to share. We use them to respond and discuss a potential engagement: to take steps at your request before a contract, or in our legitimate interest in responding to business contacts.
  • Job applications. If you apply using an email link, we use your contact details and application to assess you for that role. Please do not send unrelated sensitive information.
  • Optional analytics. With your consent, Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, contact-link clicks and which work visitors explore. It loads only after you accept analytics. Visiting the website or scrolling is not consent. Analytics remains off on the separate redesign preview.

This website has no account registration, newsletter signup or checkout. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not use session recordings or advertising pixels in this redesign.

Cookies and your choice

“Cookie settings” in the footer lets you accept or reject optional analytics and change your mind later. Both choices are equally available. Your choice, blazer_privacy_v1, is kept in this browser’s local storage for up to 180 days. No choice is saved before you make one. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the website, videos or booking calendar.

Our analytics cookies use the blazer_ga prefix, are limited to this website’s hostname, and expire after at most 60 days without extending their expiry on each visit. They help us understand page visits and contact-link use, not confirm that a meeting or sale happened. Query strings, URL fragments, email addresses and phone numbers are not included in our custom event fields.

Withdrawing consent will stop further analytics collection and remove the analytics cookies created by this implementation. It does not undo processing that already occurred. You can also clear website data through your browser.

Hosting, media and external links

The main website and our media are hosted on our server at Hetzner in Finland. The separate redesign preview uses OpenAI Sites hosting and its Cloudflare infrastructure. Infrastructure providers may process technical request data for delivery and security; disabling optional analytics does not prevent this necessary network activity.

Booking links open Cal.com, which processes booking information on our behalf: your name, email, company, store website and any guests you add. Our connected Google Calendar and Google Meet receive the information needed to schedule the call and provide its meeting link. Cal.com states that it processes data in the United States; see its privacy notice for its processing and international-transfer arrangements. We do not send booking answers to website analytics.

When you select “Book a call”, we load Cal.com’s booking calendar in a window on this website. The calendar and its supporting resources are not loaded before that action. Cal.com receives connection information, such as your IP address and browser details, when it loads. You can also open the booking page in a separate tab. We do not automatically forward this page’s query parameters or send booking answers to our website analytics.

Email links open your email application. Social links open the named platform; social widgets are not embedded. The destination’s own privacy notice also applies when you use these services.

Google provides the optional analytics service. After you accept, Google receives analytics events, a pseudonymous browser identifier and technical connection information needed to receive them. Google signals, user-provided data collection, granular location and device collection, and advertising personalisation are disabled. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, booking answers or complete query strings in our analytics events. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under Google’s data processing terms and applicable international-transfer safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep information

Google Analytics event-level data is retained for two months and user-level data for 14 months. The user-level period restarts when that browser sends new activity. These settings do not limit the lifetime of Google’s standard aggregated reports. Browser analytics cookies expire after at most 60 days; the separate consent choice lasts up to 180 days.

We keep correspondence while it is needed to handle your request or an ongoing business relationship, and where required for legal records or resolving a dispute. Recruitment information is used for the relevant hiring process; keeping it for unrelated future roles requires a separate basis. You can ask us about the period applicable to your information. Hosting providers’ technical records follow their operational retention arrangements.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email hello@blazeragency.com; we may need to verify your identity.

You may complain to Lithuania’s State Data Protection Inspectorate or your local supervisory authority. We will update this page if the website’s data practices change.
