We are a small, ambitious, talented, and strong remote team! 🌎💪 Yes! 15 Blazerians looking to incorporate new teammates during 2021. 🚀 Now we are looking for a Creative Director, with Ecommerce Experience, to join us and lead our growing creative team in bringing marketing campaigns to life across multiple platforms.
Your responsibilities will be:
Essential duties and responsibilities
Participate end to end in the creative (written, video or audio) creation life cycle, including ideation, production, testing, and optimization.
Lead a team between editors, designers, copywriters to execute creative concepts and strategies.
Have excellent copywriting and storytelling skills to create persuasive, conversion-focused scripts and videos using established direct response selling techniques for ads mainly on Facebook and Instagram.
Write ad scripts and communicate them to video editors to make the final version of the creative. While upholding our client’s design and creative standards, you will contribute to the overall growth of their business through creative execution.
Present complete deliverables working side by side with video editors ensuring quality and a conversion-focused approach.
Present both conceptual ideas and finished deliverables with a strong ability to ‘sell’ and influence the underlying strategy and direction.
Continually analyze competitors’ ads, do market research, and research on specific audience profiles and competitor benchmarks.

What we expect from you
You have 4+ years of creative direction experience in Direct-to-consumer brands and Ecommerce with a proven record of conversion-focused communications.
You possess copywriting experience in direct marketing (direct response, conversion)
You have 4+Years of experience creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing vision and the message platform to overseeing production on time and budget.
You are highly skilled in leading a team of creative talent.
You make our ads look sophisticated and beautiful to watch like a masterpiece.
You possess a good understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, but also understand offline and print
You have a strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
You have a” winning mindset.”

Salary from $2000/month to $4000/month (Netto) - depends on your experience.
